Round seven of the MCE Insurance British Superbike Championship (BSB) reaches Snetterton on July 17/18 - and you could be there to experience the thrill of taking to the track for a hot lap in the official safety car around one of the fastest tracks in Britain. The Snetterton triple-header of BSB races is always one of the most spectacular rounds of the championship, as the circuit's long straights allow the bikes to really show their immense power, with speeds of up to 200mph being achieved along Revett Straight. Thanks to BSB's official vehicle supplier, Nissan, we're able to offer one lucky reader a money-can't-buy opportunity to see the 1.9-mile Norfolk circuit at speed from the passenger seat of a 3.8-litre, 190mph Nissan GT-R. The winning reader will get a pair of VIP weekend paddock passes and, as a special bonus, whichever lucky person they choose to take with them to Snetterton will also get a GT-R hot lap. Nissan, the UK's largest car producer, will be official vehicle supplier for BSB for the 2010/2011 seasons, with a fleet of 12 vehicles attending every round of the BSB Championship. Two GT-Rs act as safety cars, ready to be dispatched to control a field of Superbikes and to chase the first racing lap. Meanwhile, two Qashqai+2 medical cars provide fast medical intervention. A 3.7 V6 370Z and a 3.5 Murano act as course cars for the Race Director and other track officials, whilst race winners are paraded in a Navara.
